Orders for custom items CANNOT be canceled.
Custom cut tiles, custom backsplashes, trim, edging, molding and custom made pieces CANNOT be returned. Stainless steel cleaner, adhesives and other consumable items also CANNOT be returned. Other nondefective products must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition within 30 days from the date that you received the products. The original protective seal must be adhered to each tile returned. If the original protective seal is not in place or was removed and replaced, the tiles CANNOT be returned.
Returned products must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any items returned not in accordance with our return policy will be returned to you. The cost of shipping the returned items to you will be deducted from your refund or charged to your account. Any additional costs incurred by Metal Tile Co as a result of the return will also be deducted from the amount refunded or charged to your account. You may obtain a RMA number by clicking here to request one. Please include your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. Once you have been issued an RMA number, you must return your order within 10 days. Orders returned after this time frame will be returned for store credit only. The RMA Number must be clearly written on the outside of your package or it will be refused by our shipping and receiving department.
